No injuries were reported after a vehicle was destroyed by fire in Coombs on June 20.
Oceanside RCMP and fire rescue personell responded to the fire in the 1200 block of Station Road at approximately 3 p.m., according to Sgt. Shane Worth of the Oceanside RCMP.
"The driver had departed the area prior to police attendance," Worth said. "A follow up with the registered owner of the brown 2005 Nissan Altima indicates they had recently sold the vehicle."
The vehicle was towed from the scene. There is no indication of any criminality at this time, according to RCMP.
