In accordance with Community Charter provisions, notice is hereby given that the City of Parksville renewed its lease with Parksville Chrysler Ltd. for a portion of the Lands abutting the south property line of 230 Shelly Road, Parksville, BC (Lot A, District Lot 3, Nanoose District, Plan VIP73833), which is approximately 10 metres (33 ft.) x 60.6 metres (198.8 ft.) in size, to be used for the purpose of parking and storing vehicles, for a five-year term commencing April 1, 2024, at the monthly rental rate of $416.67.
