Lehann Wallace will be the BC United candidate for Ladysmith-Oceanside in the next provincial election.
Wallace is currently the director for Regional District of Nanaimo Area G, re-elected in 2022.
“Ladysmith-Oceanside deserves a strong advocate in government who will achieve actual results with their hard-earned tax dollars,” Wallace said in a news release. “With skyrocketing costs, failure to deliver health care results, and reckless implementation of zoning density without local government consultation — it’s time for change.”

Final Voting Day for the 2024 provincial election is scheduled for Oct. 19, with advance voting on Oct. 10 to Oct. 13, and Oct. 15 to Oct. 16.
