Pursuant to section 26 of the Community Charter , the City of Parksville hereby gives notice of its intention to enter into an Agreement with Nickel Bros House Moving Ltd. for the sale and removal of the house situated at 206 Jensen Avenue West, Parksville British Columbia, having the Parcel Identifier 005-972-841 and legally described as lot 15, District Lot 14, Nanoose District, Plan VIP5663 set out on the map below, for a total purchase price of $1.00 plus applicable taxes.

Under the terms of the Warehouse Liens Act, goods and personal property of the person listed below, stored at 1080 Industrial Way, Parksville, BC , have been seized and will be sold on or after April 12, 2023 .
